The 8 to 10-tonne JCB midi excavator range (comprising the 85Z-2, 86C-2, 86C-2 TAB, 90Z-2, and 100C-2) delivers high performance, exceptional stability, and low cost of ownership across heavy-duty compact applications.
Powered by 2.5-liter Kohler KDI 2504 TCR Stage V 4-cylinder engines (48 kW on 85Z/86C models; 55 kW on 90Z/100C models) producing 305 Nm of torque. The system uses DOC and turbocharger technology requiring no DPF or AdBlue, featuring auto-idle, one-touch idle, and auto-kickdown tracking motors to preserve fuel.
Equipped with an upgraded dash-2 operator environment featuring a 7-inch color display screen with a rotary navigation dial, electro-proportional joystick controls with customizable flow settings for up to 10 attachments, an automatic hydraulic warm-up system, and electro-hydraulic dozer control.
